Just like you monitor your blood pressure levels or your sugar levels, you would want to monitor your sweat patters as well. You need to check if your perspiration levels are well within the prescribed limits of if you are experiencing excessive sweating. If you don’t find a logical reason like exercising or being out in the sun for this excessive sweating, then your alarm bells should start ringing and you should look at ways that you can stop excessive sweating. Low pressure levels, chest pains and other accompaniments to your increased perspiration should be treated immediately and you should take up options to stop excessive sweating. This is a very scary situation as your underarm sweating could at times induce a heart attack – not immediately though, but if you leave it unattended. High underarm sweating should also be treated accordingly and you if you feel your perspiration is on the higher side, take conscious efforts to bring it down. It is always better to treat it right when you see the symptoms – so that you don’t lose out on time – with life giving you no second chances or the undo button facility, it is indeed true that it is always better to be safe than sorry!
